A plat is multi-sheet when the finished packet runs to more than one sheet — the legal description overflowed its frame, or the tract needed a detail sheet. Which one a plat lands in is known when it is delivered, so an estimate before you run is quoted at the single-sheet rate.

Volume discounts are marginal: a band's rate applies only to the part of a month's production spend above that band's threshold, never to the whole month. Delivering more never re-prices the plats you have already been billed for.
A production fee is charged per delivered plat, by type and sheet count — not per download. Re-downloading, re-running or continuing a project you've already been billed for is always free. No ArcGIS license required — every plan includes the full calculation and exhibit-rendering engine, hosted and maintained for you.
